How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment in two ways:

We will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

How do your telehealth consultations work?

Once you’ve booked an appointment:

  • You will receive a text message confirmation of your appointment
  • A few minutes before your appointment you will receive another with a link to our consent form to fill out.
  • Upon completion of the consent form, you will be automatically sent to join your secure virtual Zoom meeting with one of our healthcare providers.

Can I get prescriptions through your service?

Yes, if needed for your treatment plan, we can ship prescriptions directly to your home with USPS Express delivery.

Guaranteed FedEx Overnight or 2-Day delivery is also available.

Is my personal and medical information kept confidential?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. All your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and is protected by HIPAA regulations. Our telehealth platform uses secure, encrypted connections to ensure your data remains private.

Do you accept health insurance?

Currently, we do not accept any health insurance. Our services are provided on a self-pay basis. The initial consultation cost is $25. This allows us to keep our prices transparent and affordable for everyone.
